Peanut butter and ?   Not Nutella surely  :tongue2:

Got bargain steak at work yesterday so that was tea.  Our lift was broken which meant walking the stock down from the storage fridge all morning to fill the shelves, then walking the stock that was over from the delivery back up to the storage fridge.  I reckon I made more than 50 trips.  Steak wolfed like I had not been fed for a week and legs feel like they are on strike today

I've got 2 small and stuck together, pork loin slices out to defrost for a traybake (spuds, peppers, onions, courgette, tomatoes) which will do for tomorrow as well, with some green veg or salad...

Oh Yus...  Sugar sandwich anyone?  :nowink:

Today is the day when I put the chicken thighs from Wednesday's shopping in the slow cooker as I've run out of time to do anything nice with them - again.  I'm planning on cooking until pull apart able.

I think I can beat the sugar sandwich!  My Grandma (french born) used to leave out on the side an opened can of condensed milk so it would get a 'crust' and then spread this on a door stop  piece of bread.  As I am lactose intolerant she never gave me a second slice as the first one didn't last long in my stomach!  The rest of my family  were often served this as a 'special treat'! :D

Added some rice and mushies to the chicken stock from yesterdays thighs in the slow cooker, plenty for a couple of meals.

OK wighty - you win hands down   PB&N had me going yuck, but that one really does it. I love yogurt, but milk for me is not appetising unless disguised in a latte.  I am sure it was a treat, but I would run screaming from that

Last night, I was working until early evening so was treated to an Indian takeaway  :D  I had a chicken curry and sag rice. OH managed rice, curry and a naan, then was dozing off in a carb overload  ::)

Wight Meat Company Jalapeno burgers with salad.  Last of their range for us to try.  Haven't found one yet that we don't like.   Was actually allowed in the Freshwater Deli today (usually have to wait in the van).  Lots to choose from from West Wight suppliers.

I was home alone for tea  so curry it had to be, kashmiri chicken ftf, that I spiced up somewhat & added extra onions, garlic, courgette (it’s that time of year, no spinach but the last bit of a hispi cabbage, why not . Boiled rice, puppadums, tomato & red onion salad, onion bhaji’s & cucumber & mint raita & mango chutney. It might be an understatement to say I don’t need pudding tonight
