Transplanting Garlic

Is it possible to move Garlic that is in the ground now. When I dug last year I must have missed the Bulb Cloves and have now started showing 3 inch. It needs re digging now for this years grow. So re-plant or Bin. Thank You.

You may not get much of a crop this year as it may just form a single undivided bulb from each clove as they usually get a good root system established over winter and this will be damaged, particularly if a whole bulb has been left and all the cloves are growing together.
