I have a Crystal Lemon cucumber plant in the conservatory which looks very healthy and has lots of flowers.  However I have not has a single cucumber yet. It looks as if they are about to form but never results in a fruit. What may be going wrong?

Don't Crystal Lemon need a few insects?

Leave the door open perhaps - we loved them, but they were in the GH...

They are like other cucumbers though, sulky, miserable, tetchy, etc, but hang in there, you'll probably be surprised!

They need pollinating to set fruit - insects can be hit and miss under cover - pollinating by hand using a cheap artist's paintbrush or similar is the surest option.
