I am growing white sprouting broccoli for the first time this year. If anyone has any advise or tips I would be grateful.

Should I treat it the same as PSB or are there differences?
Will the florets get to the same size as PSB?
Do I cook it the same way?
Are the leaves really edible?

The answer to all your questions is YES 

All brassica leaves are edible btw... although most of the bigger leaves/stems tend to get a bit tough and fibrous.

we are growing white sprouting broccoli Burbank this season its a replacement for white eye we have  eaten both the spears and leaves and Mum is correct in what he says  they do get tough and fibrous as they get older picking when young and tender is the norm

but they are well worth growing a welcome veg for picking around Feb-April anyway good luck with your Broccoli
