Now here's one for you.

My WSB is developing its first "true" leaves. I hesitate to use the word "true" as you'll see from the below picture.



The seed is from a packet I've used for a few years with no problems, the compost is a propriety bought one in which I'm growing other brassicas with no problems.

Any clues?

Got to be a rogue, you must grow to maturity to show us all the harvest...........

It's not a rogue seed, everyone has come through like it. The seed leaves were fine and look like a normal brassica and as I said, they're from a packet I've previously had no problem with.

If it turns out to be indestructible, will grow in any soil and all weather conditions (and more prolifically than Japanese Knotweed,) and tastes better than, um, freshly-picked sweetcorn, then please remember that I've always been your biggest fan DD!

Did you store the seeds next to the microwave, without their tin foil protection
