Bought some by mistake. Will it be okay for other plants that like lime? I used it so far in two potato bags.

I have two bags my OH bought for strawberry tubs because he read they prefer it but don't think it worked, so I was wondering if I mixed in some calcified seaweed it should raise the pH.

Most veg plants are OK in slightly acidic soil.  Brassicas would be the exception.

Unless you can buy calcified seaweed that gives some information about just how sustainable the source is, I would avoid it and use garden lime if you do want to change the pH

So okay for spuds? Have at least 2 bags so need to do something with it.

I'd say it was fine.  Spuds develop scab if the soil has lime in it
