Potatoes
« on: July 07, 2016, 12:16 »
Hi there, we are all on the lookout fro the dreaded Blight, but to be on the safe side once the flowers have died off why not cut off the alms? do they do anything? haven,t the potatoes finished growing? Thanks.

The potatoes are still growing well after the flowers have died, so you'll lose some crop, but it it saves the hassle of checking for blight, then go for it, but at least dig up some to check they're big enough for you.
