Chitting success.
« on: April 20, 2016, 18:12 »
Having read many posts regarding chitting various seeds coupled with having problems with a bunch of well hard mice (the furry so and so's are covered in tattoo's and wear leather jackets ) I decided much to the one who believes she is obeyed's disgust to have a go.
First attempt was a pack of fothergills tender greens. 100 out of 130 seeds. more than enough for my first planting and some left for other plot holders tender care.
Impressed with this result my sweet wart encrusted one soon found a tub containing 51 swift f1 sweetcorn nestling in her airing cupboard.
I have just potted up 50 of these little darlings again more than I need so more freebies for others.
To say the least. I may have had to endure the unholy wrath of the wife.
BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT :) :)
