Hi does anyone run their incubator from a portable generator or solar panel or can give me advice as to whether I would be able to or not?  Thanks

I have thought of solar panels for grow lights, but they are well known to stick to the fingers of nefarious characters.  When I had livestock 2 electric fence units 'walked' at £250 a throw mainly because they advertised their presence with the constant clicking. If the panels will be in a secure place I am sure that they will do the job fine.

Our house has panels on the roof and they are a fantastic success, I just wish I could work out a way of fitting a battery back-up.
