Greetings!

Made some raised beds (about a foot deep) in the autumn. Filled with a lot of topsoil and well rotted manure. Have put in gooseberries, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and tayberries. Was I right to manure all of these, the topsoil was a bit clay-ey (not sure if that was because it had been raining for quite some time or whether was in fact quite heavy stuff). Was this right...and if so, should I put more manure in n the spring?

I think you've done the right thing mixing top soil with well-rotted manure and don't see why you shouldn't add some more manure in the spring either.
