As the title suggests , my new potatoes will be 10 weeks old on June the 20th. So what does everyone follow the new potatoes with from July to frost and beyond

Plant leeks or winter cabbage, if you have already raised some in modules, or sow Spring cabbage direct.

You can also sow carrots, beetroot or dwarf French beans.....

I am now eating new potatoes which were planted on the 16th. Feb...13 weeks ago. They are in pots so the follow on crop will always be carrots.
My early potatoes in the ground are way behind, and planted at the same time as yours, and you are more north than me.  You may want to make the 20th June a more flexible date.
I would have expected Nature to catch up in May, but I don't think it has.

I've got mine at 12 weeks on 15 June but I don't feel we are likely to reach that target! plenty of green growth but no sign of flowering yet. I was planning on putting in some sweetcorn in that bed but I think it will need to go in somewhere else before that.  With all my leeks coming on it will probably end up being the left over leeks - what's new?

In the past I've planted cabbages, kale, leeks, beans, beetroot, 'salads', carrots, turnips, swedes, celery, tomatoes, onions...in fact almost anything depending on what I was short of elsewhere or had seed for.
