Ironically the first Google hit is this site! This appears to be the venue as titfertat says...

Is that a lot???
I need 80 seeds so that is 12 quid
12 quid for any where near the amount of spuds I got last year and I would be very happy!

Standard seed spud weighs 1 -2 oz. Let's take middle road & say 1.5 ounces.

There are just over 35 ozs in a Kilo this equates to just over 23 spuds. 23 spuds at 15p = £3.45 a kilo.

I paid £1 a kilo last year.

I could bought 280 spuds for £12!

Obviously this is subject to quite wide variations depending on the size of the tuber.

Using these figures, 80 seed would cost about £3.40.
