Looking for some advice from fruit tree growers.

I planted a bare rooted dwarf Victoria plum tree back in the Autumn. It has grown well this summer, but needs to be pruned so it grows correctly and produces fruit in coming years. I am not sure which branches to cut back as it has two main leader branches up from the main stem and then other branches starting to shoot off these, plus other lateral branches (see pictures). Any advice would be much appreciated.

Also do I prune now (I have read plum should be pruned when green) or wait until Autumn?

Prune now, whilst in active growth, to reduce the chance of silverleaf.

Still not sure what I should do with the two main leaders. Should I be looking to make one of them into the main growth stem?
