Plant ID needed please.
« on: July 25, 2014, 11:39 »
I found this single plant growing next to one of my broad beans and haven't a clue what it is. I haven't added any manure, compost, dug any waste veg, fruit or anything, so must have been dropped by a bird. Love to know.

I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

It is one of the few plants where every part is poisonous. It pops up when we have a hot Summer. The seeds are black and shiny and therefore attractive to children. Interesting to see but not if there are children around.
