despite a freezing june (http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=115286.msg1328375#msg1328375), we now had decent weather in july. Lots of sun shine.

And a first ripe tomato on the vine: banana legs.

It tasted quite bland and it had blossom end rot.

Banana legs likes to drop its flowers in my garden and produce fruits with BER.

Ironically it beat all the early varieties in my garden.
