I have recently tried Tyrells crisps. And they are fantastic.

Does anyone know how to make them.
I don't have a drink problem. I drink, I get drunk, I pass out. No Problem.

I've been eating them for ages, but a little too much salt for me.

I love their apple crisps and their 'naked' potato chips

Just slice them wafer thin and deep fry, nothing to it.
Cheese makes everything better.

I use a potato peeler to get them thin enough - oil has to be super hot to get them crispy.

I like using peelings from roast dinner preparation - fry them with ome garlic and rosemary then season with salt and pepper. mmmmmmmmm dribbling at the thought!
