My white star has just started laying

but im surprised how small the egg is, it,s half the size of my columbine eggs, are white white star eggs normally small ?

All newbie eggs are small. They will soon get bigger. Patience!

Our white star lay surprisingly large eggs for a skinny minni little hen. Yours will, once she gets into the swing of things.

they are small because she is still a a pullet - when she gets to a year old and she becomes a hen she will lay normal sized eggs for her breed.
