Don't get to say an early good morning at the moment. We are determined to keep up with the weeding this year so it's straight out with the hoes first thing....far too hot by 10

I was up early again this morning for work  - which with a bad back is a tough thing to do!!
Have to have tea and painkillers before I leave the house, so no time to bounce on here before I leave ;)

Morning all :) Just had coffee and now back to bed. Dry out but chilly.

I'm wondering if I can get a sneaky hour in on the allotment between dropping off the wife at her sisters and the rain coming  :nowink:

Clear blue sky here but boy, that wind is chilly. Decided to wait to open the greenhouse door or the cucumbers will wonder what is going on!

Hope everyone enjoys their day  :D

Dreadful night. Cat has been hyperactive, has found out about open windows on hot nights but we have a fly screen so he can't get in or out, but can sit and chirrup at us through the mesh, but if let in wants to go out. Good game...little beggar. He can open the door himself so it's not that he can't get in. Daren't lock the door with the pine martens rampaging through the garden. >:(

Dogs are sooo much easier! :)

Will catch up on sleep later, OH has to go help someone with a garden clearance so it's tough on him, especially if it's as hot as yesterday when it reached 34c

I will do as little as possible in the house...the cat will sleep all day!
