Hope to get some time on the plot this weekend, in the tunnel at least, but loads of other stuff I need to do. I think my wife is confused about Valentines day, she seems to think it means that she can ask me to do loads of stuff around the house for her

Well, the sun didn't help the morning run smoothely. Took the dogs for their rabies boosters (shock horror, 80p each!) but had to wait for the vet. OH noticed a leak on a pipe sticking up in the 'lawn' which we have just found is a water pipe because of the leak. Can't imaine what it's for. Anyway, no idea how to fix a lead pipe with corroded joints, neighbour got visitors, builder friend out. Water on-off-on while I am making special meal and requested cake, chook ripped a nail off, stressed and rushed meal....we planned a restful day.....

It didn't get done! 

We broke up and deposited a home made radiator cover to the tip and went for a walk around Saltram instead

No gardening plans here. With a windchill of -7F, below freezing temps for the coming week, and snow in the forecast, no gardening related activities will be completed in the near future. It's just too darn cold ❄️
