Tired and fed up and headachy. I thought once I didn't have to get up at 4am for work I wouldn't care about not getting much sleep, but after a few nights I still feel bad even though I don't go out to work. Bah! Grumpy.

Busy busy at work, so I was tired last night and went to bed at 9.30 last night.  Wide awake at 5.00 am  ::)

Did the same the night before and was in work just after 7.00 am yesterday. May go in early today, but not as early as that.  Plotting a stop off at Costa to set me up for the day  ;)

I was listening to The News Quiz at 2.15, and afterwards, still chuckling, there was Hamish and Dougal, which was hilarious - even at 2.45am...

I've been awake since about 5.00 am, but have been watching catch up TV  ;)  Might have a nap after the chickens have been let out  :)

Morning folks, it seems that even the cornish sea air does nothing to make me sleep longer. Been awake every morning between 5 and 6 am. Went to Heligan yesterday really enjoyed that even though there wasn't much veg to see plenty of flowers and other things. Weather has not been too bad though its forecast rain today and tomorrow.
I am missing my garden and allotment. Even resorted to buying 2 gardening magazines.
I am surprised I can get on here coz the internet is absolute rubbish down here.
Right off to get some brekky and plan today.

Belated good morning. Went out early to see if we could see anything interesting at the river, but nothing much would pose for the camera. It is so lovely though in the early morning before the shepherds and cowherds get there. Shame about the rubbish.

Mmmmm Can't sleep again >:(

2am seems to be the new wake up time for me. It's the 7th day in a row that I've woken up around 2am and been wide awake. It's going to be a long couple of hours before I have to get up and ready for work....

Has anyone tried this?  www.sleepio.com ?  Heard about it on Inside Health on R4 this week.  I realise it's now so late, no one will read this until tomorrow morning, but .....!
