Have been up for a while now, just been to the shop for a newspaper. Will be a busy day today, kids will wake mum up shortly with pressies. I will go put flowers on mums grave later, then do dads shopping, then sow more seeds, then go to the plot. But before all that, I will sit down at 8am to watch the grand prix, on my own.

Well I'm so glad I came on here, though I have just had a bit of a yikes thinking that 8.30 on the computer meant it was actually 9.30, so it's really 7.30 but I need to put all the house clocks forward... quite good really as I am itching to get going to the tip and the MiL, drop the boys off with their dad and go to Morris practice!  Having been woken at first light by the cat puking in the hall. First have to wake the teenager up without actually going in his bedroom from which i have been banned the last two days as it contains my "surprise" Mother's Day present!

First night back in our beds last night and I actually slept right through without waking at all until 7.40 which meant it must have been 6.40 but then I didn't put the clocks forward forgot and looked at my Ipad for the time when I woke which I think updates by itself so it must have been the right time of 7.40. That's a record for me. :)

5.38am.  Body knows the clocks have changed  :tongue2:, but don't like it being dark in the mornings.....again.

Had a great time thank you though the weather could have been better. Back to reality now.

I have tossed and turned all night and now have a migraine which will just get worse as the day goes on.  :(

I finally managed to get a nights sleep  :D.  We got a dog play pen for the pup and she seems to have settled better in it than she was in the crate for the past two weeks she went right through until 7.30 and I think the only reason she woke then was because my daughter was up to start studying.

It's very mild here, and the dog usually pops out around now, if I'm up and about.

Yesterday, she wanted to go out at around five.fifteen, and while she was out, there was a huge 'hoot' from an owl nearby, and she went berserk..;0)

Nobody wants that racket at that time of morning!

Morning all. Been sleeping better lately, not waking properly till around 5, but being kept awake by duet snoring and itchy leg...the biters were out in force by the water yesterday. So here I am talking to a computer at two twenty our time and at a guess a dog has taken my place on the bed. Ah well, he'll probably not notice!
