Oh dear Alan, I can sympathise, it's rather like that on Mother's Day too.perhaps you could have a day in lieu ?

I've never been to Lieu  :nowink: is it nice there. I was thinking of having an imaginary site visit during the week that was really the allotment once in a while  ::) what the wife does not know about can't hurt me  :D

Just make sure you wash the mud off before you arrive home.  ;)

Up and out early to a car boot sale, sold all my cakes and biscuits and lots of chutney after a very slow start and only four sellers turning up (still new, but luckily in a busy village with lots of ex-pats.)

Met up with Mosslane, member on here, who is over there on holiday (She used to live in the village) so had a good natter, lovely. And very strange as she also used to live fairly close to us in Cheshire and we met a few years ago because she offered me damsons for jam and chutney making. It's a small world. :D

The birds have been up for an awfully long time and I'm hoping the foxes have gone to bed.

Good morning everyone!!  :)
