Just had to rod through the soil drains at 'The Turrets', about fifteen minutes ago...

Does this mean I can be a Vice President of the EMC?

That sounds a bit too much like hard work this early in the morning Growster, so I would say 'Bien sur mon VP -isness' ;)

I've managed to get up and make a coffee so far, then log onto here

One batch of beetroot chutney on the go and just about to start a spicy tomato made with last year's leftover bottled tom sauce as a base, it worked really well last time.

Bet your house smells lovely Tosca  :)   I love the smell of preserves bubbling away  :)

I've managed to slice strawberries and they are in the dehydrator, plus get my new road tax on-line.  Have had to retire to the sofa with another coffee to recover now

Morning all, late check in though I was up showered & dressed by 7.30. Wedding cake has been doweled this morning and will be stacked in a bit then the decoration begins. Cloudy and cool here just right for the cake. Have a good one everyone  :D

Morning all from a very soggy Bulgaria. Several people have died in floods out here so we have been very lucky to just lose a few plants and fruit. A friend who lives in an idyllic setting in the mountains has had her place wrecked several times by hail and rain, this time wrecking the animals' roofs. So very sad for those relying on their crops to feed their families, no help from the social here. :(

Morning all, sat in bed with an early morning cuppa, hubby getting up to  go to work, & I'll be up shortly to toddle off to the plot to plant out spare tomatoes & possibly the squash before yoga class.
