Hello there,

My Iris' have produced seeds (I split them last year - not sure if this is relevant). Has anyone planted the seeds and got viable plants from them?

I've grown, if memory serves me for the varieties, Iris chrysographes & Iris foetidissima from seed.

Not sure about the bearded iris though - I expect seed will work, but they will mostly probably not come true from seed.  You might wind up with a corker ... or they might all be dross
