Can anyone please identify this fungi --- it appeared on my lawn 12 days ago and has grown rapidly. Will it harm the chickens if they eat it?

It's very large, at least 5 or 6 times the size of a pig judging by the pics!

It looks very like jelly ear fungus, which is edible for humans.
I don't know about chicken though, sorry
