Advised to feed my potatoes with super phosphates.  Is this okay for beetroot carrots swedes. All looking like they need a feed. What and how often should a feed.

Phosphates and pottasium are both needed by spuds, more so than nitrogen. A good balanced general feed like blood fish and bone when planting should suffice until they start forming spuds. At this stage I feed with comfrey tea. Personally don't use inorganic fertillisers as they do nothing to benefit the soil at all, and that's what the plants have to grow in!

Phosphates help the plant with root formation but if you have a fertile soil/compost there should be enough already there without adding chemicals. Like Totty I use BFB then I feed later with a seaweed liquid feed.

I've actually never needed to give carrots, beetroot and swedes any supplementary feed as they seem to manage fine with what's in the soil.
