Christmas indoor tomatoes
« on: September 19, 2006, 19:12 »
Anyone with experience growing tomatoes in a big pot indoors (inside one's house)? Any tips? I made a bet with a friend I will get Christmas tomatoes. If I win, he gets me an olive tree (knowing him probably one of those miniature ones in a 9cm pot). If he wins, he gets half the tomatoes

You'd need a grow light probably. and a warm house (20C constantly)
wistfully hoping to one day be mostly organic gardener in North London.

Constant tropical temperatures inside our home. The room I'm planning to use for my indoor tomato plant has a lot of natural light...will I still need a 'grow light'? And where would I get one?
