Pea problems

Yes, turn soil and let it bake a few days. Do not put peas or beans there though.

Hope it works out Dell, I'm aware you would be using different varieties of peas there, but still wondering out of interest, what germination rate you get at those temperatures?

You might already be doing this, but I definitely would be trying soy beans, chickpeas, lentils, mung beans in your place.

By the way, the recommended rotation time for these problems is 3-4 years.
