I'd like to introduce some Mistletoe to the garden, well apple tree.  Has anyone done this or knows anything about it

I *think* it's a case of pressing berries into cracks in the bark.

But there may be more to it

Yes, I have done this and I now have three mistletoe plants each about two feet across.  They are on adjacent apple trees and I'm thinking of surgically removing the centre one.

I just pressed the fleshy seed into a crack in the bark.  It was quite interesting watching the small green lump turn into a mistletoe plant.
