instructable on making a electric slug barrier?

A few weeks, or maybe a month or two I saw a post on here that was an instructible on how to make a electric slug barrier around a raised bed.   I cannot find it and the search facility isn't coming up with it.  Can anybody remember it? or even which forum?

I think the one you refer to was posted as a "funny" in the chat forum and I may have replied to it pointing to when the idea was posted in GYO some time ago. :)
