Some forums can get very heated  :)

   Oh indeed they can!  I've been on a few!  ;)

On this forum we have some quite young members, and some who are easily offended, so we try to keep it friendly.

We can occasionally get the 'heated' argument, and the odd member who doesn't think that we should be asking them to moderate there language,  but that's why we are still going strong after nearly 7 years, and why we have so many members!

There is so much info on this site about keeping chickens, you will learn a lot, but will also be coming back on here at intervals when you make your own discoveries!!   ;)

I need a new tub of flub'.

Should I go for the 1% or the 2.5%??

We've only got 5 chooks, so which is better/cost effective?

Too tired to think ATM.

Hi no should feel guilty or upset on a forum sight the very nature of these sites is to give out as much personal advice with your own  experiences and preferences, from time to time someone will totaly disagree with your advice as they have had a diferent experience, I myself have never had a problem with worms that maybe down to the way i treat it or may be just good look, so i can only say what i do.  :D

Just a quick question about garlic cloves in water, is that every day or for one week every month. I am still a little confused. I've been using a product called Nopex which is a natural garlic based capsule but still more expensive than raw garlic which I always have indoors and sounds easier to use crushed. Advice please thanks

I use the same squashed clove of garlic for a week in their water and then chuck it out for the hens to fight over it  :)
Staffies are softer than you think.

Ah ok and how often do you add the garlic to their water. One week a month, every three months or do you always include it in their water? Also just a thought but does it change the taste of their eggs at all? Many thanks

I have several drinkers - 1 with garlic, 1 with apple cider vinegar and 1 with just plain water and no there is no change to their egg taste  :)
