My children sewed what I thought was lettuce but has turned out to be spinach beet. Can I feed the leaves to the chooks?

Oh yes they will love you forever!!! Ours love greens and spinach beet leaves are a big favourite. It will also improve the coluor of the yolks  We actually grow spinach beet and cabbage specifically for the chooks.

Houdini has found her way into my veggie and salad beds and has decimated my spinach beet. (and broad beans, and beetroot, and well.... just about everything)
