nest box help

I had 2 girls waiting this morning whilst another was in a nest box. How do you persuade them to use the empty one next door?!!!

We have 3 coops, buckets, plantpots, dog kennel etc and they still line up for the cat basket that the cockerel sleeps in

i was having the same problem chucks queing to lay so i removed the dividers in the nest box and the all seemed to get in together and lay no queing.
