The only thing I am worried about is pulling her head off...How hard do you have to pull? Or do you just know?

Have you considered treating her with some antibiotics? They are not that expensive and you can ask the vet to prescribe them without a consultation if you are confident about the diagnosis. Injectable ones are best, if you can do it.
A 5 day course could save a hen, and save you money in the long run.

I have no idea what is wrong with her though, she's not overly hot, she's very light though.. She's seems to be very unwell though. Strange though as others are fine (Thank goodness).
