probiotic in chicks' water
« on: June 28, 2011, 14:56 »
Having got this far I don't want to get it wrong now...

The Chicken Manual says a probiotic should be added to newly hatched chicks' water - what should I get & where from?

Ta.

I have never used one with chicks - if I have a bird that has been on antibiotics I use avipro plus which is a probiotic for poultry.
Staffies are softer than you think.

Thanks Joy.

I could only go by what 1 book said, but if you've never felt the need to use it, that's good enough for me - you seem to know what you're talking about!   :D
