Hi all, I have three questions, 1/ what to do about yellow  and curling leaves on tomatoes, 2/  when do you repot seedlings, and finaly although covered by insect mesh I have holes apearing in my lettuce leaves.
Anyone help please?

1. Yellowing leaves could be several things, perhaps they have been scorched by the hot weather we had recently? It's not usually something to worry about. Just ensure they are kept well watered.

2. You can repot seedlings at several stages, I like them to get quite established before moving them. Alternatively you could repot as soon as the first true leaves appear.

3. Are they in the ground or in pots? Lots of things like to eat lettuce!

Hi Tohmahtae, Seedlings are in small peat pots and are 2" tall. Tomatoes are ouytside and have had plenty of water. Thinking of using Epsum Salts, what do you think? Finaly, Lettuce etc are in wooden tubs about 1 metre square and have been covered since planting out from seed, apart from a short period while I enlarged the cage.
