hi all i have about 5 leek seedlings to a 9cm pot that are about 7-10cm high should i repot now and is it safe to put into my make shift cold frame

A nine cm pot should be more than enough for 5 seedlings. Do the same as for the red cabbage.

Same comments re sowing, also.
