Seen an interesting recipe for marshmallows in the Sains****s mag I got today. Anyone ever made these? Looks a bit messy tbh  

I'll see if the mag is online, we are a long way from a Sainsb**ys so I haven't seen the recipe yet.

The recipe is entitled True Marshmallows and is on p 80 of the paper mag. There is also a rather interesting looking recipe on the same page for salted caramels
