Chitting Spuds

Just taken a look at some seed potatos I have that were in a cardboard box.....They have started chitting but the shoots are white(Only a few mills).....Question is I have now put them in the light....should I rub em off and start again or will they be ok ???

If they're only a few mm long I'd leave them be.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
