Hi all, a quick question for you.

I bought some Pak Choi plants from a nursery the other week to fill some gaps.

A couple have started to flower - I assume this is called bolting.  Is it still possible to eat the leaves or should I just chuck them?

What variety of Pak Choi are they?

you try, if you like, leaves tend to go tough, otherwise, they are not toxic or something.

They grow so fast from seed, and also bolt really fast after a couple of days of hot weather, so I'd say for future rather buy a packet of seeds and throw a few in a pot every other week. I've been sowing and picking them for a couple of months in pots, and even with regular watering and picking they start flowering and going tough v. quickly. Have the same problem with rocket, me.
