Could be Chrissie or it could just mean they need a feed. I'm way behind you. Hope the weather is better there than here

They do need quite a lot of water actually. I wonder if it's just nothing, as brassica plants tend to lose the oldest leaves with age.

Try feeding them with a liquid foliar feed, mine where quite yellowish last week but after a feed they have perked up no end. John mentions in his book that it's bad for them to get root bound so check that at the same time, if they are pot them on if you have them in pots that is.  :D

Hi guys,

just joined this site. I have my Caulis growing on in pots in a cold greenhouse at home before I move them down to the plot. Some of the leaves are getting white/yellowish patches  and dying off, anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Paul

Sorry not been on for a couple of days, since then I have planted them out on the plot and mother nature seems to have sorted them out for me.  I looked at them last night and all the new leaves coming through seem fine and healthy now. I will just pull off the dead leaves and see what happens. I may have been overwatering them at home.

Another question though, I sowed carrot seeds about five/six weeks ago when it was a bit wet and cold, and there no signs of life yet. Do you think the seeds have rotted away or should I give it a bit longer?

Thanks
Paul
