Just thought did'nt know if you'd saved any from the shops or something ?

Frost is still prime suspect

With your next ones you could just put them straight in it's almost sowing time I was gonna start last week but changed my mind with the weather, I'm waiting for Easter half term now, so the kids can plant 'em for me

I chitted my seed spuds in egg boxes in the greenhouse with two layers of fleece over them.  Mine have gone mouldy as well.  Got them from Marshalls and they were delivered end of December beginng of January.

I thought that they would be ok, but obviously it was too cold for them.

I will take the advise and go to Wilkinson and get some more.

Thanks

We set up the pasting table in the loft, under the velux window, and chitted them there. It's not too warm because the loft floor is well insulated, and theyre doing really well. We have nice sturdy green shoots on our first earlies, so will be planting those during the week.
I'm going to see if I can bring on other stuff up there, like broad and kidney beans .... will report on progress !!!
Still glowing, still growing, still going strong!
