I feel your loss deeply, you will grieve, cry, scream its all part of loss,they will be with you forever in your memories.
I lost my dad and mom within 18 months,it takes time to adjust.

Oh Jaydig, I’m so sorry, my deepest condolences to you & your family. I would imagine you are suffering from shock as well as grief. Just take each moment of the day at a time & most of all don’t expect anything of yourself, it will be what it will be. Thank you all so much for your messages of support.  I'm sorry I haven't replied before now, but it's been difficult to concentrate on anything without howling in the wind.
At the moment I simply get up each day and try my best to get to the end of it so that I can go to bed, hopefully sleep a little and escape the pain. 
I know I'm not on my own in this and I'm sure that one day it will be easier, but at the moment every day is a day of missing Jim so much that I can hardly bear it.
Thank you all again, it does help to be able to tell someone how I really feel without feeling that I must be strong for my sons.

I’m glad our friendship on this forum can help to give you some comfort.  I expect your sons are being strong for you too.  As the hurt eases you may find it comforting to look through old photos and sort through family treasures and knick-knacks with your boys.  The love will continue and can never be lost !
