Planted out some broad bean babies yesterday without checking the weather
And my garden fence has just blown down  :(

Oh dear - hope both are easily rectified!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Broad beans got a bit battered but hung in :). The fence is going to be a problem as the fence post was snapped off from its concrete base and another is badly damaged :(

There was a small silver lining though, we were able to survey a larger area for our RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch after the storm

Fingers crossed there's no further damage overnight from Storm Corrie!

Sorry folks I am hoping for a lot more damage albeit to trees.
I will have anything up to 12 inches for my wood burner.
12 inches because the bigger logs have to go in my bicycle trailer. Prefer smaller but I will take whatever Corrie, Dudley and Eunice give me.
Tons of big branches down already but you can't have to much firewood just insufficient space to store it.
An example from a few weeks backs storms
