Anyone have any idea why some of my tomato plants have leaf growing from the end of the vines keep nipping them off just wondered what am I doing wrong, overfeeding or over   watering (if that is possible) help please

That's just normal you can get growing points almost anywhere on the plant, your not doing anything wrong your doing right by nipping them off.

I find the end growth seems to occur more often on the Italian varities. In my case I am growing money maker, craigella, red pear, and san maranzo, and it is happening on the red pear and san maranzo.
