I don't use my oven regularly because of the cost. Are the cheap top ovens any good say £25.00? I dont have a microwave could be good for homemade ready meals and frozen quiche.

I always thought they were high on electric useage.  It may be a good idea to look at Halogen ovens.  I've got one which I should use more often.  It is a bit more expensive than a little table top oven, but I like mine, do all sorts in it and as mine is a 1200w, uses less leccy than my big oven which is I think 5kw.

They do a smaller halogen too, about 900w I think
