This question is getting embarrasing, perhaps I should change my name.     I really love elephants and when I was little I used to call them elibumps, that's where the name comes from. If I were that close to a gooseberry bush appearance it would be like all my birthday and Christmas pressies arriving together!    However, if I thought that growing a gooseberry bush in the garden would have the desired effect I would plant a garden full of them - the OH reckoned he was too old 17 years ago and I still havent persuaded him otherwise  and as he's now 60 and I'm 49 I guess that's a no-goer.  I also have a 31 year old and a 22 year old and am due to be a grannie in August.  Maybe I should look at gooseberry bushes when we go to the plant nursery on Tuesday??
