Just got my first allotment a couple of months ago.

Lot of work needed as it was over grown with weeds etc, however I've got some pumpkins growing and they seem to be doing really well.


Was wondering if anyone had some tips on getting nice big heathly pumpkins?

Ive been told that they needs loads of water

Plenty of water, feed and keep each plant to a maximun of two fruits.

Remember to slip a piece of slate or a tile underneath so nothing burrows into them, and remove any leaves that are shading them.
