That is just so wrong on sooooo many levels (not least that chillies and peanut butter are both urgh!)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Turkey sauté is the way of the future my friend!

You must open your heart and your mind and take the spicy peanutty goodness!

I predict in the coming years whole cities devoted to its Godley flavour…

Thankyou, I must look up my recipe for spinach and sweet potatoe curry.  Got both in the fridge.  The recipe also needs chilli and peanut butter and agree the end result is delish.

Well, we went to the in-laws for dinner and bought the leftovers home - on the 27th we had another full Christmas dinner for 5 of us (well 4 and a half!)!

Also had brussel sprout soup on boxing day which was absolutely gorgeous!

...and finally the remains of the turkey were turned into a turkey pie with thick pastry (bit like a pork pie but with turkey). Lovely jubbly.

You've all made soup from your leftover turkey.  this year we tried an oriental-style turkey broth : absolutely delicious.   We used stock made from the turkey carcass,  spring onions, chillis, ginger, sliced mushrooms, soy, noodles and... yes turkey.   Took minutes to prepare.   Nice and light; a real change from the rest of our Christmas grub.

That would be lovely, I do a similar thing with chicken from time to time. :)
