Good morning there!! Wow... look what I've been missing.

Cramp = reason why I got up early and then (foolishly) had a coffee (a strong one).

I've been awake in the small hours several mornings but not up out of bed - just late going to bed. Now look what happens when I go to bed at a "reasonable" hour.  ::)

Sorry to read of the bites tosca. I've had the same... red ants in my case. My fault for disturbing them when they were minding their own business a centimetre or two below the soil level. Boy do those nips make me itch and continue to do so for days!

Courgettes? My plants have flowers. I'm not complaining - happy to have a patch to grow a couple of plants in even though everything went in late it's better than nothing.

Here's wishing everyone a good day ahead (minus the itches!!  ;) )

Now I know six o'clock doesn't really count as early morning club.  What does count is getting up to go to the loo after lying in bed for while thinking about dancing and cooking and housework, deciding to make a start and running a bath, and THEN realising it's only twenty past five!  ::)

Glad to hear you are still growing, Paul!

Now some rather large animal is scratching about and moving stuff around in the loft space above my head which is open ended.

I'm rather concerned I hope it was one of your dogs?

No, but I have seen a large tabby and white cat up in the eaves, and we have pine martens about. I don't think it's a rat as they are small around here...and dare I say it....rather cute looking. Have to say I get nervous if OH is too quick letting the chooks out in the morning.

Morning all, only day off this week and I managed an extra half an hour in bed.  What a lazy whatnot I am! Mind you I did manage to stay up until 8,30 last night before falling asleep on the sofa.
